Day thirty-five<3

Day thirty-five<3

Day thirty-five<3 - woke up this morning. - it was ice cold in my room just how I like it. - awkwardly though I felt like it was about seven when it was really only five:30. - hair, it wasn't my friend today too much humidity in the air, - make up, wasn't working out very well either also will blame that on the humidity. - I didn't know what to wear. - hoodie, jeans, a belt and flip-flops it was. ( it's the most convenient think to wear when your not quite sure what to pick out ) - running late I should prob start waking up a little earlier. - got in the car. - the fog outside seriously was so think I couldn't even see the house across the street. - arrived at school. - first period: there were there of us that were done so we sat down with Ms. M. And worked on drawing flowers with ink pens. - second period: we have had a sub all week long. I watched cheer videos all week. Including today:) - third period: we worked on the wheel, it hurts my hand. I am not sure if I am going to like this very much. - forth period: took a quiz on FEED, That didn't go very well. - fifth period: drawing dnas and stuff we had to finish up out projects in our note books. - lunch: ilunch<3... no one was here today hope the cheer comp went well. - sixth period: quiz, basically on everything I didn't know. It was horrible I am failing that quiz for sure. Chapter five was my living hell. - seventh period: bell-work, watched a video. About some older days type stuff. I got extra credit again. - walked out of school. - mommy picked me up. - on the way to pick me up I guess there was some truck in front of her and it was spraying this nasty stuff everywhere. It got all over her car an her car smelt so bad. - stopped by the bank. - as we were at the bank some random old man walked up to me and said I had a bump on my face and then walked away WTF. Nasty old creepers these days. - gas station mother had to fill up her car. - then car wash it REALLY needed it. - finally got home. - drank some peace tea with lemon. Yum. - clean up my room a little. - Austin was suppose to come over but it didn't end up happening. - talked with my mom for awhile. - tally and Robert arrived, with dinner. - ate dinner. - talked to Amy on the phone, I missed that Girly today. - watched a movie, I honestly forgot what it was called. But it was pretty good just kinda slow. - went into my room for awhile and ended up falling asleep on the floor with Charise under my blanket. - woke back up. - started writing my three-six-five. - watching home alone two, this movie is so cute. - I am not sure what I am doing the rest of the night. - hope for something exciting. P.s. I miss you. Note: always keep your face torwards the sun that way shadows will always follow you. *Picture: PEACE TEA, I tired it all thanks to Lauren<3

Getting Out of Hand

Getting Out of Hand

Well, I was looking around the house today and realized that I have nine swords. Nine. Since I am not in fact an octopus, nor a squid, and in fact am blessed with only two arms, this seems like a bit of overkill. So, for your viewing enjoyment, here are the nine swords I own, in no particular order:

Decorative swords: (1) A katana and (2) a wakizashi

(3) Sword that claims to not be decorative, but I wouldn't trust it to hold together in a fight.

(4) My favorite bokken. Beat up, sliced and dented, and probably almost a decade old.

(5) and (6), padded bokken my parents got me and Lauren for Christmas. They haven't gotten much use yet, but they will once the weather warms up. They're also weighted like real swords. Fancy!

(7) Wooden dao, or chinese broadsword. The "real" version of these can be like machetes on steroids. All business, and very dangerous. That's what makes them cool.

(8) Wooden ninjato, when you feel like using a blade that's short and dull, with a big goofy hand guard. Ninjas totally know how to be cool.

(9) Shinai, a bamboo sword used in Kendo. Technically I bought it for Lauren, but I think I use it more than she does. =D

Good Stuff:

1. Cuddling on the couch with Lauren, watching Arrested Development. A slow and easy unwind to a very busy day.

2. Karate. Though it contributed to the busy day, it also was especially fun because we did jumping drills tonight. People who know me know that I love hopping around. :)

3. Ending the work day with some intense statistical explorations. There's nothing like trying to wrap your head around the seemingly conflicting statistical information you're deriving from your model to really get the math juices flowing. Er... actually, on second thought "getting the math juices flowing" doesn't really sound appealing. Or sanitary. We'll just say that it was fun, and leave it at that.
